Customer Service Rating:Good I ordered lockets and they are beautiful but it was very difficult to get a picture inside and then there is nothing to hold the picture in place. Most lockets have a little border thing that sits on top of the picture to hold it in place and to cover the edges which may not be so pretty to look at after trying to cut it down to fit. I had to use double sided tape. I did significant research and Loveiy.com had the largest and best selection of jewelry for young girls. Standard shipping was super fast - in fact the earrings arrived before I could even call my sister to tell her to be on the lookout for the package. This particular item came gift wrapped at no extra charge. Although I shop frequently online this was my first shopping experience with Loveivy..com.
