Customer Service Rating: Awful While the charm bracelet for my granddaughter was appreciated, there is a major flaw in both the design and anticipation that this is a genuine "charm" bracelet as advertised. Since you no longer carry charm, I purchased them from another site. The charms according to my daughter are reasonably sized but could not be connected to the bracelet as the links are way too small. When I called Customer Service, the only service I received was that the bracelet could be returned and could not suggest anything that could be done to facilitate attachment.
I am particularly outraged that you state that the bracelet was "recommended for charms". I consider this false advertising. My granddaughter really liked the bracelet and will probably keep it which means I will have to purchase another.
