30-DAY RETURN POLICY
If for any reason you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, simply return it within 30 days from the day when the item is received for a full product refund. Sorry, we DO NOT refund freight charge. Free shipped items will be charged $5.95 for original shipping when they are returned. Special order, final sale merchandise, customized or personalized item such as engraved merchandise COULD NOT be returned. Jewelry that shows sign of wear, has been altered (not by Loveivy.com/Ivy Green Inc.) or damaged in any way COULD NOT be accepted for return. Refund will be in the original form of payment, except for wire transfers which will be refunded via company check.
To return your order, please follow our 4-step process:
1. Request a Return Authorization Code through email at email@example.com, then write down this code somewhere along with your package.
2. Place all the original packaging in your return package.
3. Ship it via any carrier. Please be sure to ship your item fully insured and request a return receipt for confirmation that your shipment has reached its destination. Sorry, we will not be responsible for loss or damage of return shipments.

4. For domestic return, we will refund your total cost deducted original shipping and handling charge or $5.95 for a free shipped order when we receive the returned package. A returned order must be received within 3 weeks from the day when the return Authorization Code is issued, we are sorry that we could not accept item(s) returned 3 weeks later and won't be able to issue a refund.
5. For international return, we will refund your total cost deducted original shipping and handling charge. A returned order must be received within 4 weeks from the day when the return Authorization Code is issued, we are sorry that we could not accept item(s) returned 4 weeks later and won't be able to issue a refund. It's the buyer's responsibility for custom duty fee that may incur, Loveivy.com DOES NOT collect custom duty charges, we are sorry that we don't issue a refund for any custom duty charges.
30 DAYS LIMITED WARRANTY
All jewelry purchased from Loveivy.com is warranted for 30 days against any manufacturer's defects. If a jewelry item fails within that period of time, we will either repair or replace the item. Normal wear and tear, abuse, and the loss of precious, semi-precious stones or pearls from settings are not covered.
If you'd like to cancel your order or change a shipping information for any reason, please contact us as soon as possible, and make sure to include your order number, we'll do everything to accommodate your request, unfortunately we cannot stop or cancel a shipment when it is on route. If you want to cancel your order after the shipment, please make sure you check out our return policy listed above.
Ivy Green Inc. reserves the right to cancel any order that appears suspect or fraudulent. All fraudulent transactions will be reported to proper authorities.
